Founded in 2006, NC Developments Ltd is a proactive property development company based in the heart of Irlam and Cadishead.

Our main aim is to enhance and improve the local area through the acquisition and development of land and property for commercial and residential use. We do this by re-modelling redundant or aging properties and making them available for rent or sale to help ensure the areas sustainability.

With a prime focus on regeneration, we identify development opportunities at key sites, particularly along Liverpool Road, the main thoroughfare through the area.

We pride ourselves on the property management and maintenance services we provide to our growing portfolio of properties.

To deliver more substantial projects we look for opportunities for partnership working, our recent major involvement in the transformation of Irlam Station is just one example of this.
